Parent -Teacher Meetings.
Formal teacher meetings are held once a year for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th years.Parents or guardians will receive prior notice of these meetings. All Parents and Guardians are strongly encouraged to attend these meetings.

The Parents' Association
The school has an active, voluntary parents association, which meets monthly at Summerhill College.
The association helps to promote the development of the students and assists with various school activities and fund-raising. The Association can be contacted through the school. Parents or Guardians are informed of the annual general meeting.
Fund- Raising
It is necessary for the school to arrange fund -raising events to supplement funding from the Department of Education and Science and other official grants, in order to maintain a high level of service to meet the needs of our students. Parents and Guardians are urged to support all such events. These events vary from year to year.
We are very grateful to the parents in the association for their hard work and tremendous support with school activities.
